Health literacy means being able to find, understand, and use health information to make informed choices for yourself and your family. It’s not just about reading - it’s about knowing how to ask questions, spot reliable information, and take action. When people and organizations work together to make health information easier to understand, everyone has a better chance to stay safe and healthy. This presentation explains why health literacy matters and how we can all play a part in improving it.
If you were unable to attend or would like to review the materials, we’ve attached slides below and you can access the recording here: Health Literacy Training Recording.
